TactiCall Recruitment Services is hiring for frontline Customer Service Agents in Brisbane City. This full-time role involves high-volume inbound calls for current bookings and freight queries, with a focus on quality and customer experience.

You will track and trace shipments, provide timely updates, and use problem solving to reach successful outcomes for customers. Training will be provided; shift times 6:00am–8:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
