The Role: Customer Service Representative

Key responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries, providing qualified support (Email & phone).
- Perform data entry in our CRM - (We provide you with full training).
- Full time: Monday to Friday - (Standard business hours 9am to 5pm).
- Location In-office role in Warana with free parking.
- Provide support to our Finance Manager, including basic accounts tasks.
