You will keep the office running smoothly, coordinate vendors and facilities, and support employee experiences across JAPAC. The role requires warmth, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset.

You will report to the Director, People & Culture - JAPAC, and work Tuesday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
