The Bay Hotel Bonnells Bay is seeking a Night Duty Manager to lead our overnight team and ensure seamless service at our Lake Macquarie venue. You will manage closing procedures, cash handling, and guest interactions with a focus on safety and compliance.

Applicants should have prior duty manager experience in hospitality, with RSA/RCG/ARCG certifications, and a readiness to work weekends. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
