ALH Burnie Hotel is seeking a Venue Support Officer to help deliver outstanding customer service, manage data and records, and support stock control and compliance across the venue.

You will handle enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face, while maintaining privacy and keeping administration organised. You will also support the venue team on the floor during peak trading times and contribute to team discussions.
