What you’ll be doing

You’ll be involved across the warehouse, from receiving stock through to getting customer orders out the door:

- Pick, pack and dispatch trackers, dashcams, cables, sensors and accessories.
- Check quantities and device identification details to ensure orders are accurate.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock, and process returns and warranty items.
- Keep stock records and locations accurate,



including recording transfers in our inventory system.
- Help with regular stocktakes and cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare shipping labels, book freight and follow up deliveries.
- Support urgent dispatch requests and help keep the warehouse protected, tidy and organised.

What you’ll bring

- Around 1–2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics or order fulfilment.
- Strong attention to detail—you notice when a quantity, label or serial number doesn’t match.
- Confidence using computers and inventory systems; NetSuite experience would be an advantage.
- A reliable, positive approach and the ability to work independently and with others.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to help solve problems.
- The ability to safely handle stock up to 20kg and undertake work that involves standing and moving throughout the day.

Experience handling electronics or technology products would be useful, but isn’t essential.

- Build practical experience across warehouse operations and fulfilment.
