Due to our current and future work load, Dixon Homes Cairns has a Full time Office Administrator position available for an immediate start. We are looking for an energetic, well presented individual who works well in a dynamic team environment.

About the Role:

- General office duties: scanning, filing, ordering supplies, managing emails,



supporting construction team.
- Cross checking for construction plans against checklists
- Adjusting purchase orders to suit requirements
- Actioning variations to construction jobs

Ideal Candidate:

- Previous office administration experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn a new computer system.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Team player who can also work autonomously, driven and self-motivated.
- Adapt readily to working across different projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and ability to interpret plans is preferred.
