What the Role Involves:

Handling Inbound Calls: As a part of our team, you’ll function like a traditional switchboard operator or telephone receptionist—only your desk is at your home, not at the front of a client’s office.

Daily Activities Include: Answering calls, transferring calls, taking messages, making appointments, managing diaries, and more. Our clients primarily belong to Medical, Legal, and Financial sectors, so expect a busy environment.

Skilled Communicators: You should be able to speak and write in English fluently.

Efficient and Accurate: Fast and accurate typing skills are crucial.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern technology,



working with computers, and navigating the internet.
