Job Description:

- Manage the financial and statutory accounting for entity assigned.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
- Prepare WIPand provide recommendation on project profitability and cost optimisation.
- Monitor trading cost and margin.
- Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.




- Monitor cashflow and prepare cashflow statement.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for filing on time.
- Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned and this may include review of policies and procedure.

Requirements:

- Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant working experiencein construction
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Meticulous and able to work independently
