Fuse Recruitment seeks a Quality Assurance Manager for a Western Sydney meat processing facility. You will lead the QA function across multiple lines and shifts, driving food safety, quality systems and customer audits.
You will coach a team, embed HACCP compliance, and partner with Operations to deliver continuous improvement and audit readiness in a fast-paced FMCG workplace. You will manage BRC and SQF audits, coordinate major retailer audits (ALDI, Woolworths, Coles) and maintain the
