Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator

Hueseeka is looking for an organised, detail-driven all-rounder to join our small warehouse team in Tingalpa. This is a hands-on role split between keeping our stock accurate and looking after our customers.

This is a hands-on role split between keeping our stock accurate and looking after our customers. You will play a key part in maintaining our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction whilst supporting the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution centre.

What you'll be doing

- Customer Service: answer customer emails, chat and social messages, and help with order changes, delivery questions and product advice.
- Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing and dispatching of orders
- Order printing:



print and prepare the day's orders so they're ready to pick.
- Stock and Warehouse: run cycle counts, quality-check stock, pick orders, and find and fix stock discrepancies.
- Supporting the warehouse team with ad-hoc duties as required to meet operational demands

What we're looking for

- Experience in a warehouse, stock control or order fulfilment role
- Customer service experience, ideally by email or chat
- A sharp eye for accuracy: when a count is off, you want to know why
- Transparent, friendly written communication
- Confidence with Shopify, Excel or similar systems, and keenness to learn new ones
- Comfort working on your feet, lifting cartons and handling fragile glass and candles
- Desirable: experience with an inventory management system, or a background in ecommerce

Hours:

Full-time

Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
