Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Woollahra

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Woollahra. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Your availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it.



Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

The role

- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
