About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, motivated Colour Mixer / Warehouse Assistant to join our production team at our Burnside facility. This is a full-time, hands-on position involving the preparation, mixing and matching of paint colours to meet customer specifications as well as assisting with day to day warehouse duties. The successful applicant will have a keen eye for colour, excellent attention to detail and good work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Mixing and matching paint colours accurately to specifications. Preparing paint and coating formulations. Operating colour matching and mixing equipment. Conducting quality checks to maintain colour accuracy and consistency. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment daily. Assisting with picking stock and dispatch.

About You

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team. Ideally, you will have:





- Previous experience in paint mixing or colour matching.
- Robust attention to detail and an eye for colour accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual with a hardworking attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to safely perform manual handling duties.
- Experience with colour matching software and spectrophotometers. (Added advantage)
- A current forklift licence. (Preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 25kgs and assist with picking and packing in dispatch.

Training will be provided in the use of our colour matching systems and equipment.
