Summary:

The CW2 Patcher role is essential within our Building & Construction team, based in Docklands, Victoria. This permanent, full-time position involves working on various projects, ensuring high-quality patching and finishing work. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of our projects by delivering exceptional craftsmanship and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

- Perform patching and finishing tasks on construction sites according to project specifications




- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and in compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Report any issues or delays to the site supervisor promptly
- Assist in the training of junior staff and apprentices as required

Qualifications:

- Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Proven experience in patching and finishing within the building and construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to various job sites as required
