Role Overview

We are expanding our operations in Derrimut and seeking motivated, safety-focused LO Order Picker / Stock Picker Operators to join our team. Operating elevated order pickers, you will pick items at heights across high-density racking systems while working cross-functionally across multi-temperature environments.

Key Responsibilities

- LO Order Picker Operations: Safely operate LO-class order pickers/stock pickers at elevated heights to pick orders directly from rack levels.
- Stock Picking & Replenishment: Accurately retrieve case and item-level stock using RF scanners or pick slips, maintaining high inventory accuracy.
- Yard & Staging Operations: Assist with yard loading and unloading of inbound/outbound freight as required.
- Tugger & Equipment Usage: Drive tuggers and utilize automated pallet wrapping machinery to secure picked orders.
- Manual & Heavy Handling:



Perform manual handling up to 25 kg and safely move heavy goods (such as rolling kegs up to 60 kg) using correct WHS techniques.
- Cross-Functional Warehouse Duties: Move flexibly across picking, packing, yard, and staging areas as operational demands change.

Shift Schedules & Pay Structure

- Base Hourly Rate: $39.50 per hour
- Early Morning Shifts: Start at 3:00 AM / 4:00 AM
- Day Shift: Starts at 6:00 AM
- Afternoon Shift: Shifts commencing after 2:00 PM (applicable afternoon loading rates apply
