Starting out in early childhood should feel supported — not overwhelming. We are a family run entity in the Campbelltown area that runs two child care services. We will back you from day one and are looking for two trainees to join our growing team.

Why you’ll love working with us

You get real support, from management, early childhood teachers and the whole team of experienced educators. We give you structured onboarding, mentoring, and regular check‑ins. Your days feel predictable because we plan and protect ratios.
You have time to learn, practise, and build confidence without pressure. Our director is present, available, and part of the daily rhythm and our team is kind, calm, and genuinely cooperative.

Your role

You’ll join a warm team and learn how to build strong relationships with children and families, supporting routines, contribute to documentation with guidance, and help create engaging learning environments. Over time, you will grow your confidence with the EYLF and NQS.

We have a long track record of supporting trainees to become qualified - you are in great hands!

Who we’re looking for

Someone willing to start their Cert III to launch their child care career and become someone who cares about children, wants to grow, and values teamwork.
No experience? We’ll teach you.

What we offer

Paid professional development, a range of supportive mentors, stable rosters and a calm, respectful centre culture, including clear pathways to grow into room leader or educational leadership roles.

We pride ourselves of providing a child safe environment, and we do this for our educational team too.

If you’re ready to start your career in a centre that actually invests in you, we’d love to meet you.
