Platinum Blinds And Awnings' is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our newly expanded team in Moruya, NSW as a Permanent Part Time Customer Service Admin. As part of our dynamic and growing organisation, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients. The Role will initially be 2 days per week, with the possibility of more hours in the near future. The days will be Thursday and Friday.

What you'll be doing

- Handling incoming customer enquiries and orders via phone, email and in-person interactions
- Processing sales orders, maintaining client records, and providing order status updates
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating client appointments and installations
- Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and general office tasks
- Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a sales or retail environment




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable work ethic
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
