Key responsibilities

- Preparing precast moulds for production
- Assisting with pouring concrete into moulds
- Stripping and cleaning moulds once cured
- Preparing fiberglass rebar (GFRP)
- Inspecting finished products and carrying out minor defect rectification
- Operating hand and power tools, along with fixed plant equipment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

About you

- Previous experience in precast concrete or a similar manufacturing environment
- A current Driver Licence and reliable transport
- A Construction White Card
- Experience using hand and power tools
- A solid commitment to workplace safety
- Excellent reliability and punctuality
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Above-award casual pay rates
