This is a varied position involving reception duties, bar service and gaming operations. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play an significant role in delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting customers
- Reception and telephone enquiries
- Assisting in Tournaments Admin
- Managing the Members Database and being to 'Go To' for member enquiries
- Bar service and cash handling
- Operating gaming facilities in accordance with regulations
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming venue
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times

About you

- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Current RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with MiClub highly regarded
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in hospitality, gaming or customer service is preferred but not essential
