Head Office is located in Yatala with depots/yards inMelbourne, Sydney, Warnervale, Mackay, Bowen, Townsville, Tully, Innisfail and Mareeba.

We are a seeking a full-time Administration Clerk and also a part-time Administration Clerk, both with experience in transport operations administration to join our team in Yatala.

The roles

Permanent Full-time

Monday to Friday (10.00am to 6.00pm) plus one weekend day every four weeks during busy periods

Permanent Part-time(4 days)

Friday (10.00am to 6.00pm), Saturday & Sunday (8.00am to 4.00pm), Monday (10.00am to 6.00pm)

As an Administration Clerk,



you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Data entry of bookings
- Updating bookings
- Manifesting delivery and pick up loads
- Liaising with clients and staff
- Reporting weekly to management
- Daily use of excel spreadsheets

About you

- Experience within the Transport/Logistics Sector is desirable
- Accurate and productive data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
