NewWay Solutions is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join one of our client's busy scaffolding yards in Glendenning, Blacktown NSW. We are looking to hire 3x Forklift Operators. This role is perfect for someone who can handle 20% hands‑on labouring tasks, 80% operate a Linde Joystick Counterbalance Forklift safely, and assist with yard operations, including returns and inventory management. What You'll Be Doing:
- Safely operate a Linde Joystick Counterbalance Forklift
- Assist with warehouse tasks, including handling returns and accurately counting stock for inventory (for warehouse roles)
- Load and unload trucks, moving scaffolding materials around the yard
- Perform manual handling and general yard labouring tasks
- Organize and maintain stock efficiently
- Follow WHS procedures and contribute to a safe work workplace
What We're Looking For:
- Current forklift licence (LF) – experience on Linde Joystick Counterbalance is essential but not mandatory
- Previous experience in warehousing, scaffolding, or general labouring (desirable)
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Ability to lift up to 20kg as part of manual handling requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Australian work rights are required for this position
