Your "coach like" approach will support the staff to plan activities and implement wellbeing initiatives that promotes their quality of life and that connects community groups and volunteers to the resident community. About you
With a passion for supporting others to aged well, you will have:
- Relevant qualification and experience leading wellbeing/leisure & lifestyle approaches for patients or residents in a healthcare setting
- Aptitude to learn and work within the framework of the Aged Care Standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage, coach and engage a team to perform at their best
- A collaborative, emphatic, energetic and proactive with a can-do outgoing attitude
- Adept at conflict resolution and able to find common ground within a range of stakeholders
- Possess a current Criminal History Check suitable for aged care
