RAC WA is seeking an experienced Project Learning & Development Lead to steer learning strategies for major change initiatives. You will partner with project teams and leaders to ensure staff are equipped to adopt recent systems and ways of working, while leading a team of four Project Trainers.
The role reports to the Group Learning & Development Manager and is offered on a 12–13 month maximum term contract, with opportunity to influence frontline and member-focused digital initiatives.
