BOQ Group seeks a Senior Manager to lead Line 2 Compliance Advisory across Operations, Technology and Group functions. You will provide specialist compliance and conduct risk advice, independent review, and constructive challenge to ensure regulatory obligations are understood and embedded.

You will review risk events and obligations, embed controls, and advise on regulatory change with senior stakeholders. You will mentor a team and promote a solid risk culture aligned with BOQ Group values.
