Catalpa International is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Products team. You will own the design process from discovery to delivery, creating accessible, engaging experiences for our web and mobile products across health, education, and public services in a remote APAC setting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of UI/UX experience, a solid Figma portfolio, and familiarity with design systems and usability testing.
