BOQ Group is seeking an experienced Financial Crime Team Leader to join the AML function in Sydney. This hands-on leadership role combines people management with technical AML expertise, guiding analysts through investigations, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and regulatory reporting.

You will mentor, coach and develop the team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with stakeholders to ensure solid risk and compliance outcomes while evolving the function amid change.
