What you’ll be doing

Front of House:

- Creating a welcoming experience for our guests and representing the Motto Motto brand
- Delivering friendly, attentive customer service
- Taking orders, handling payments and serving food
- Keeping the dining area clean, tidy and organised

Back of House:

- Preparing fresh, quality ingredients and supporting kitchen operations
- Assisting with food preparation and ensuring food is presented to our standards
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and following food safety and hygiene procedures

Teamwork

- Learning and working across different FOH and BOH sections
- Working collaboratively in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant
- Supporting teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and a great guest experience

What we’re looking for





No previous hospitality experience is required — this is a great entry-level opportunity! We’ll provide training and support, so a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a team-first mindset are what matter most. Candidates with better availability will be prioritised and RSA preferred.

Availability and eligibility

These roles are available on a permanent part-time or casual basis. As we’re a hospitality business, you’ll need to be available for a mix of shifts during the week and on weekends.

Employment is offered on the basis that you are eligible to commence a traineeship. Applicants must have, and be able to maintain, full and ongoing working rights in Australia.

Pay and shifts

Pay rates:

- Junior rates: $16.53 - $28.10 per hour
- Adult rates: $33.05 per hour

Shift availability may include:

- Morning
- Noon
- Night
