THE CHANCE

We are representing an established, high-end private cosmetic practice in Launceston seeking an experienced clinician with a robust interest in cosmetic and comprehensive restorative dentistry.

This is an prospect for a dentist who wants more than simply another position.

The practice has strong existing patient demand, an established premium patient base and approximately 80 new patients per month across two dentists. The incoming clinician will step into existing patient flow, with around three days of demand available from the outset.

Demand is currently constrained by clinician capacity rather than a shortage of enquiries.

Clinically, the practice combines premium dentistry, smile design and facial aesthetics, with opportunities across veneers, implants, aligners, Digital Smile Design, full-mouth rehabilitation and comprehensive restorative treatment planning.

For the right clinician,



there is genuine scope to broaden your clinical exposure, build a substantial long-term patient book and develop your own area of clinical interest, supported by the practice’s reputation, marketing and referral systems.

The position is available across 3, 4 or 5 days per week, with flexibility around how the opportunity is structured.

ABOUT YOU

This position is not intended for a dentist simply looking to occupy a chair.

We are interested in speaking with a clinician who is serious about their career,



takes pride in the quality of their work and wants to continue developing clinically while building a strong long-term patient base.

You may be a strong fit if:

- You have at least 5+ years of Australian private practice experience
- You are clinically capable across general dentistry and have a genuine interest in cosmetic and/or comprehensive restorative dentistry
- You are experienced in one or more of veneers, full-mouth rehabilitation, implant dentistry/All-on-X or comprehensive restorative treatment planning
- You diagnose comprehensively and can confidently communicate higher-value treatment options to patients
- You prioritise ethical, patient-centred care
- You are motivated, commercially aware and capable of building strong long-term patient relationships
- You value clinical autonomy while remaining open to collaboration
- You are already in Tasmania or would seriously consider relocating to Launceston
- You hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and current professional indemnity insurance.
