Glenorchy City Council is seeking a Waste Operations and Plant Operator to support protected and efficient delivery of Council’s waste services in Hobart, Tasmania. The role involves operating litter collection vehicles, landfill plant and machinery, and managing kerbside bins.
You will work with the Waste Team to collect, sort and transport waste, support landfill and resource recovery, and maintain records. Weekend and public holiday work is required, with penalties per the Enterprise Agreement.
