This is an office-based role, required on site 5 days a week. A part-time arrangement of 4 days a week will also be considered.

About the role:

- Manage the front desk, warmly greeting and signing in visitors, contractors and guests.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage the general inbox and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries.
- Manage meeting room bookings and set up rooms for meetings, catering and visitors.
- Keep the reception,

- Coordinate company vehicle bookings and liaise with building management, suppliers and service providers.
- Help set up new starters and departing staff, including desks, building access passes, equipment and basic IT needs.
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day IT issues and log requests with the IT provider.
- Support workplace health, safety and security tasks, such as visitor registers, first aid and emergency contact lists.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, filing and invoice processing.
- Help organise team lunches, events and activities that build a positive workplace culture.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Previous experience in a Receptionist, Office Administrator, Office Assistant or similar front-of-house role, ideally in a busy corporate office.
- A warm, professional and approachable manner, with excellent customer service skills.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both on the phone and in person.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Robust attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SharePoint experience is a plus.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the initiative to fix problems before they escape.
