Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking a Mechanical Leading Hand to join the Allansford Reliability team. You will lead the mechanical maintenance squad, coordinate daily priorities, and take a hands-on role during breakdowns to ensure safe, efficient plant performance.

The ideal candidate has a Certificate III or IV in Mechanical Engineering, strong fault-finding skills, and a team-oriented leadership style to mentor tradespeople and improve maintenance programs within a dairy manufacturing
