工作职责：

Independently draft, review and negotiate a broad range of logistics and commercial agreements for ANZ operations, including domestic and international transport contracts, warehousing and logistics service agreements, supplier agreements, SLAs, and sales/purchasing contractsEnsure all contractual documents comply with applicable Australian federal/state/territory laws, New Zealand laws, and internal risk management policiesProvide legal compliance support and risk assessment for ANZ projects and daily operations across employment and labour, data protection, trade and anti-corruption, and ESG and regulatory areasSupport market entry procedures, licence applications, regulatory filings, and coordinate with local external counsel and authorities on inquiries and inspectionsConduct legal risk assessments for innovative business models, including last-mile delivery solutions and cross-border e-commerce schemesEstablish and continuously optimize internal legal policies, governance frameworks and internal control mechanismsManage corporate entity compliance, including statutory records, annual filings, post-acquisition integration and standardized governance of subsidiariesAdminister internal authorization systems including director appointments, powers of attorney, and signing authority matrixDevelop and iterate contract approval processes and deliver regular legal training to operations,



sales, finance and cross-functional teamsLead and coordinate the resolution of commercial claims, disputes, arbitration and litigation; collaborate with external lawyers and provide strategic recommendations to senior management

岗位要求：

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited university in Australia or New ZealandAdmitted or eligible to practice law in at least one Australian jurisdiction2–6 years of commercial legal experience, ideally in logistics, transportation, international trade, or a multinational in-house teamSound knowledge and practical experience in at least one or more of the following: ANZ commercial and transport law, trade compliance, data privacy, employment law, or corporate governanceProven ability to independently review and negotiate contractsExperience in establishing or optimising compliance/governance systems is a solid plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of handling complex legal documents and cross-border business coordinationProficiency in Mandarin Chinese (preferred)Familiarity with logistics industry business models and standard practices (preferred)Strong business acumen and cross-cultural communication skills, able to balance risk control with business growth (preferred)
