Mercor is seeking a Policy Administration & Insurance Operations Manager for a remote contract role. You will oversee the policy lifecycle from intake and binding through issuance, servicing, renewals and terminations, designing practical processing workflows and quality checks.

You will translate policy requirements into accurate operational steps, review AI-driven outputs, and provide clear feedback to the research team to improve model behavior.
