Part-Time Barista – La Baguette Café, Berwick Village
Pay: $27 – $32 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: 15 – 20 hours per week, including one weekend day
La Baguette Café is a well-loved local café in the heart of Berwick Village with a loyal customer base. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable barista to join our small, supportive team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing high-quality coffee and drinks consistently
- Taking orders and giving our customers warm, efficient service
- Helping prepare sandwiches and light meals
- Keeping the café clean, tidy and welcoming
- Working closely with the team during busy periods
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista experience in a café
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for one weekend day each week (essential)
- A positive attitude and a genuine love for hospitality
