Little Cupcakes is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Junior Barista/Customer Service Representative. As the face of our establishment, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while crafting delicious beverages for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to quality and presentation standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations about our menu offerings.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining area, including regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash and card payments responsibly.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a similar role,



preferably in a cafe or food service setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in operating coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, especially during peak hours.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is preferred.
- Barista certification or training is a plus.
