We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on manager who enjoys leading a team and making sure every guest is looked after.
You’ll run day-to-day operations, support the floor and bar teams, manage rosters and keep service standards high.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A friendly attitude and the ability to stay calm during busy service
- Availability across weekdays, weekends and evenings
- A valid NSW RSA
