On behald of our clients JSB Technology Pty Ltd, they are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team in Perth.

This full-time position will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring and support of IT systems and infrastructure to ensure the reliability, security and performance of our technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain and administer server and network operating systems.
- Monitor system performance, availability and capacity and identify and resolve system issues.
- Administer Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
- Configure and maintain user accounts, access controls and system permissions.
- Administer network infrastructure and services including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP and VPN.
- Monitor and maintain system security, backups and disaster recovery processes.
- Diagnose and resolve server, network and infrastructure faults.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, configuration changes and preventative maintenance.
- Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures to protect business systems and data.
- Assist with the planning, implementation and ongoing administration of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Maintain technical documentation relating to system configurations,



infrastructure and operating procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support relating to systems, networks and infrastructure.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have:

- An Australian Bachelor qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or an Overseas Equivalent
- At least 1 year of full-time relevant professional experience in systems administration.
- Demonstrated experience administering Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with Active Directory and user/access management.
- Sound knowledge of networking technologies including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP and VPN.
- Experience with system security, backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, organisational and technical documentation skills.

Salary and Employment

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per annum + superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience.
