Orivium is building the technical team to scale its pilot plant in Orange, NSW. We are seeking a Process Plant Manager to coordinate the design, commissioning and operation of the pilot facility, working with engineering, operations and metallurgists to convert pilot results into commercial plans.

You will lead a small operations team, ensure safety and environmental compliance, manage licensing and reporting in NSW, and partner across functions to optimise performance and cost at scale.
