ALDI Stores in Recent South Wales, Waterloo, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and inspire a high-performing team. You will support the Store Manager across rostering, reporting, and implementing store initiatives.

The role offers a comprehensive retail leadership training program from day 1, a flexible rotating roster, and five weeks of annual leave, with strong progression opportunities within our expanding network.
