Ayr Backpackers is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to plan and control a fleet of over 25 vehicles that move guests and seasonal workers between the hostel and farms across the Burdekin.

You will oversee scheduling, maintenance, compliance and driver inductions, while contributing to marketing efforts for accommodation and services.

The role offers a permanent full-time position in a friendly regional workplace with solid community ties.
