About the Role

As the face of our service department, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and technicians. You’ll ensure every guest receives explicit communication, expert advice, and a seamless service experience from booking to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and accurately assess their service needs

- Prepare repair orders and provide cost estimates

- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance

- Liaise with workshop manager with progress of service / repairs

- Keep customers updated throughout the service process

- Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction every time

What We’re Looking For:





- Previous experience as a Service Advisor would be a bonus, but we are happy to train the right person

- Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational and computer skills
