Full-Time Sales Representative – Automotive Parts

Salary: $29.55 per hour + Super + Sales Commission + Team Bonuses

About Us

TIYPEOR AUTO PARTS is a growing automotive parts wholesale company supplying windscreen wipers, automotive bulbs, filters and a wide range of automotive accessories.

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team.

No previous automotive industry experience is required. Full training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities

- Visit automotive workshops and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Manage regular customer visits, stock replenishment and deliveries
- Introduce and promote our automotive products
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
- Work with the team to achieve weekly sales targets

Requirements

- Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, responsible and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team




- No previous sales experience required
- Sales or automotive industry experience is an advantage

Salary & Incentives

- Base salary: $29.55 per hour + Superannuation
- 1% commission on existing customer replenishment sales
- Ongoing 2% commission on sales from self-developed current customers
- Weekly team performance bonuses of $50–$250, subject to the company bonus structure
- Career progression and additional earning opportunities based on performance

Working Hours

- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Daily reporting at the end of each working day
