Coatsmith is a Perth brand of premium paint tools that supplies paint stores from our Welshpool warehouse. We need an organised, reliable person to manage our orders and accounts. Located Welshpool.
You'll be:
- Taking store orders by phone and email
- Raising invoices and following up payments in Xero
- Reconciling bank transactions and entering bills
- Processing payroll in Xero, including timesheets, pay runs, super and STP
- Coordinating orders with the warehouse
You'll have:
- Hands-on Xero bookkeeping and payroll experience
- A friendly, confident phone manner
- Solid attention to detail
