Campbell Point House is a luxury waterfront estate on the Bellarine Peninsula, offering boutique accommodation across eight guest suites and hosting premium weddings, private celebrations, dining experiences, high teas and photoshoots throughout the year.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, capable and hands-on couple to join our team as Estate Caretakers & Guest Services Hosts.

This is a unique lifestyle opportunity for a couple seeking a long-term role within a beautiful estate setting, with self-contained accommodation provided onsite.

About the Roles

The position is ideally suited to a couple where:

Position 1 – Estate Caretaker & Maintenance

- Property and grounds maintenance
- Gardening and landscaping
- General repairs and upkeep of estate facilities
- Event setup and pack down assistance
- Coordination of contractors and maintenance requirements
- Ensuring the estate is presented to the highest standard year-round

Position 2 – Guest Services & Housekeeping

- Guest arrivals and departures
- Housekeeping and presentation of luxury guest suites
- Reception and guest enquiries
- Assisting with weddings, events and dining experiences
- Supporting food and beverage service when required
- Delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality

Preferred Experience

For Position 1

- Trade background highly regarded
- Property maintenance, landscaping or gardening experience
- General handyman skills and practical problem solving

For Position 2

- Experience in hospitality, accommodation, housekeeping or guest services
- Wedding, events or restaurant experience highly regarded

Essential Requirements

- Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents
- Willingness to undergo police checks
- RSA certificate advantageous
- Ability and willingness to live onsite
- Seeking a long-term commitment of 12 months or longer
