Our client's small, friendly team in Thebarton designs and handcrafts custom orthotic insoles based on real foot measurements from podiatrists. Every piece you make directly helps someone walk more comfortably.

This role is perfect for anyone with great hand–eye coordination and patience — and if you’re a gamer, musician, artist, or crafter, you might already have the ideal skill set!

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operating the CNC to start the process for Orthotic manufacturing
- Interpreting podiatrist instructions and foot measurements
- Using hand tools and working with care, accuracy, and pride




- Making sure every product meets top-notch quality standards

Who We’re Looking For

- Someone with great attention to detail and steady hands
- Background in creative or manual work (hairdressing, art, mechanics, etc.) a bonus – but not required!
- A reliable team player who enjoys focused, satisfying work
- Eager to learn and take pride in making something real and meaningful
