We are now recruiting Clinical Research Nurses specifically for night‑shift coverage, with opportunities available in permanent full‑time, part‑time, and casual capacities. About the Night‑Shift Role

As part of our multidisciplinary research team, you will play a critical role in ensuring participant safety and study integrity during overnight trial operations. You will work with precision, autonomy and professionalism while monitoring participants and supporting protocol‑driven study activities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing high‑quality nursing care to clinical trial participants overnight
- Monitoring participants in accordance with study protocols and safety requirements
- Administering study treatments and performing clinical procedures
- Collecting and documenting accurate clinical trial data
- Ensuring compliance with GCP, study protocols and organisational procedures




- Responding to participant needs and escalating clinical concerns as required
- Performing delegated study‑related activities, including data entry and documentation
- Conducting quality control checks to support data accuracy and study integrity

About You

To be successful in this night‑shift role, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum two years’ post‑graduate nursing experience
- Experience in acute care, critical care, research or similar clinical settings (highly regarded)
- Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- The ability to work independently overnight while collaborating effectively with the broader team
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, professional approach in a clinical environment

Remuneration

Pay rates and shift loadings are paid in accordance with the NSW Public Health System Nurses’ and Midwives’ (State) Award, with remuneration commensurate with experience and employment type. Night‑shift penalty rates apply.

Pay: $98,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
