Our client, Bepoz Global Pty Ltd, based in North Melbourne, Victoria, is seeking a full time, skilled and motivated ICT Business Analyst to join their team in the technology and point-of-sale solutions industry. The role focuses on understanding business and user requirements, analysing existing processes and systems, and preparing functional specifications for system improvements and integrations. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions that support business operations and meet the needs of hospitality venues.

Bepoz provides technology solutions for the hospitality industry, including point-of-sale systems, self-ordering, membership and loyalty programs, payments and integrations with other business systems. Its customers include restaurants, pubs, bars, accommodation providers, clubs, casinos, stadia and franchise businesses. Bepoz supports these customers through integrated technology solutions and ongoing technical and customer support.

Position Overview

The ICT Business Analyst will work with business users, clients and technical teams to gather, analyse and document requirements for new and existing systems. The role involves reviewing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, mapping workflows and preparing functional specifications to guide system development and integration. The successful candidate will also assist with system testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, prepare user documentation and support training and implementation to ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements. This position is based in North Melbourne, VIC.

Main Responsibilities of the role are –

· Developing specialized client solutions for technology- and process-related functions to specify business and operational needs and system objectives.

· Gathering requirements and documenting them for the range of system integration and implementation, including NetSuite.

· Conduct research, assessment,



and analysis on the efficacy and efficiency of current processes and create plans for improving them for corporate growth.

· To design a bespoke solution as needed, identify, analyze, and carry out due diligence on IT business processes, methods, and work practices.

· Create functional specs for system developers based on business requirements.

· Day-to-day management of the programme throughout the programme life cycle

· Analysing organizational inefficiencies and advising clients on best practices, software, and solutions to help them become more effective

· Developing test plans/cases and carrying them out to make sure the system's and product's quality are within the bounds of the agreed-upon scope, targets, and budget.

· Orient and teach end users on all new and modified systems, including the Connect wise, Screen Connect upgrade.

· Provide financial projections for suggested initiatives.

· Arranging for stakeholders to assess and approve plans after structuring and ranking business requirements.

· Creating reports and enhancing data visualization with Power BI.

Must Have –

- Masters in IT or a related field.
- At least 2 years of Australian experience in ICT business analysis, system implementation or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical users.

Skills Needed

- Ability to analyse business processes and recommend system improvements.
- Skills in documenting requirements and supporting system integrations.
- Experience preparing and executing system test plans and test cases.
- Ability to train users on new and modified systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and coordinate with stakeholders.

Remuneration

The successful candidate will be offered an annual salary of A$95,000 to A$105,000plus superannuation.
