The Opportunity

You're the person who turns great plans into great shifts.

You will work to connect people,



systems and performance to ensure the restaurant delivers brilliantly every day.

You'll be responsible for:

- Coaching and developing Shift Leaders and Flock Members.

- Leading shifts and driving consistent operational execution.

- Managing labour, food costs, inventory and restaurant systems.

- Championing exceptional Guest experiences and food quality.

- Building a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture.

- Supporting sales, profitability and continuous improvement.

Your mission? Build great leaders, deliver great shifts and help the restaurant reach its full potential.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for leaders who bring more than experience to the table.

You're someone who:

- Puts people first. You know how to coach, inspire and bring out the best in others.

- Thinks commercially. You understand the numbers and know how to turn them into action.

- Owns it. You take responsibility, solve problems and follow through.

- Raises the bar. You're never satisfied with just getting through the shift.

You'll ideally have leadership experience in quick-service restaurants, hospitality or a fast-paced retail environment.

But we're just as interested in your attitude, leadership style and potential as we are in your previous job titles.
