PaperCut’s Melbourne HQ is hiring a payroll-focused role within the Finance and Legal team. You will maintain best payroll practices, ensure audit-ready compliance with local laws, and partner with People & Culture and Finance to forecast benefits and costs for global planning.

You will enable the team with user-friendly access to perks, timely support for payroll inquiries, and oversee reconciliations and reporting, driving accuracy and strategic cost insights.
