Airservices Australia is seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to contribute to end-to-end workforce planning for our southern ATM portfolio, using SAP Org Management and BI tools to maintain a balanced workforce across Australia.
The successful applicant will hold a Bachelor degree in HR or finance, have solid data modelling and analytics skills, and excel at communicating insights to senior stakeholders. Experience with Cognos Analytics/TM1 and advanced Excel is highly regarded.
